Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas & Schedule
We currently offer delivery services to select locations. To ensure the highest quality of our products, delivery radius and availability may vary based on your distance from our nearest outlet.

Standard Delivery Hours: 11:00 AM – 3 PM daily.

Pre-orders: We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance for large sets, premium merchandise, or peak dining periods (weekends and public holidays).

2. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the distance between the fulfillment location and your delivery address.

Base Fee: RM10 for the first 5km.

Distance Surcharge: Additional charges apply per kilometer beyond the base radius.

Free Delivery: Orders exceeding total RM 200.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
While we strive to meet all requested time slots, delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, traffic conditions, or high order volumes.

On-Demand Orders: Typically fulfilled within 45–75 minutes.

Scheduled Orders: We aim for a window of 15 minutes before or after your selected time.

4. Order Tracking & Receiving
Real-Time Updates: You will receive a notification via SMS or Email once your order has been picked up by our delivery partner.

Arrival: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If our rider is unable to reach you after 10 minutes of arrival, the order may be returned to the outlet, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

5. Product Integrity & Issues
We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Immediate Inspection: Please check your order upon arrival.

Reporting Concerns: If there are missing items or quality issues, please contact us immediately at [Insert Phone Number/WhatsApp] with your order number and a photo of the items. Claims made more than 2 hours after delivery for perishable goods may not be eligible for compensation.

6. Cancellations & Amendments
Standard Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once the kitchen or fulfillment team has begun preparing the order.

Pre-orders: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
